At Little Yogis Club, our mission is to nurture emotional well-being and physical health in children. We create a fun and inclusive environment where kids can develop self-awareness through mindfulness and movement.
Kids’ yoga builds calm, confidence, and focus.
It helps children release energy in healthy ways, strengthen their bodies, and understand their emotions. Through simple movement and breathing, kids learn balance, self-control, and resilience — skills that support them at home, in school, and as they grow.

Hi, I’m Mishleen Khoury — founder of Little Yogis Club, kids yoga teacher, and passionate advocate for mindful movement, joyful learning, and supporting educators.
As a mom and educator, I’ve seen how yoga can help children build confidence, focus, and emotional regulation. Practicing with my own children inspired me to create Little Yogis Club, bringing yoga, music, and mindfulness into schools, childcare centers, and communities across Edmonton.
I’m trained in 500 RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher), Trauma-Informed Yoga Training, Kids Yoga Levels 1 & 2, Early Childhood Education Levels 1 & 2, and Yoga in Early Childhood Training. I also work with educators, offering a holistic approach to encourage movement as a natural part of life and a tool for children to self-regulate.
During COVID-19, I offered six months of free online family yoga, helping families stay active, connected, and mindful at home.
Teaching children isn’t just my profession — it’s my calling. Every class is designed to inspire joy, curiosity, resilience, and growth in young hearts and minds.
